Back Bay Mississippi Living Shoreline to Enhance Community and Military Coasts

The Back Bay Living Shoreline project will install a living shoreline to mitigate erosion and conserve and restore habitat by reducing wave energy along the shoreline of Keesler Air Force Base, the Veterans Administration facility, and Biloxi's Hiller Park in Mississippi. This project will also involve engaging with the broader community through meetings and a citizen science program as well as various outreach materials and publications.
