Beachcombing Event on North Padre Island Presented by Phillips 66

Join HRI’s Jace Tunnell for a morning of beachcombing on North Padre Island! Hear from Jace about his work studying marine debris, the stories behind messages in a bottle, and what items washing ashore can tell us about our coast. Participants will have an opportunity to ask questions before heading to the beach with Jace to explore the shoreline, share interesting finds, and learn more about HRI’s Beachcombing Volunteer Program.
